Life often presents us with challenges, at times we’ve all needed objective and sympathetic feedback. As we struggle for answers we often feel hopelessness leading to more stress, anxiety and depression.
The interesting thing about our thought patterns are that they are invisible to us. They are so much a part of who we are that they feel normal, we don’t even notice the ways they are limiting our life.
